  • Personalized items: Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns on personalized products once printing begins.
  • Quality guarantee: If your blanket arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
  • Artwork approval: You’ll receive a proof within 24 hours. Please check names, colors, and layout carefully before approving.
  • Order cancellations: You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After printing starts, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
  • Wrong address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship for the cost of postage.
